Durability, Strength, Heat & Chemical Resistance.
Ensure longevity and consistency throughout the laboratory environment with Durcon® Epoxy countertops, work surfaces, sinks, and accessories. These high-density products are engineered to provide unmatched resistance to harsh chemicals, heat, fire, staining, pitting and marring. Durcon® Epoxy products meet and exceed requirements of top tier university STEM chemistry laboratories around the world.
When superior performance is required, Durcon® Epoxy products deliver.
Durcon® Epoxy work surfaces undergo the industry’s highest levels of performance testing to prove its durability and strength. This includes the SEFA 3 Chemical Resistance test, ASTM standards to assess veracity against physical demands often required of a lab worksurface, and a Class A fire-rating. Durcon® Epoxy products are UL Greenguard Gold certified for indoor air quality, SCS Certified, approved for use in food service areas by NSF/ANSI 51, with memberships to the American Institute of Architects (AIA), United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and Epoxy products are manufactured in the USA at an ISO 2015 certified facility.
Epoxy resin work surfaces are the preferred choice for harsh laboratory, classroom and research environments for critical areas such as chemical resistance, non-flammability, non-absorbency, vibration damping and cleanability. Our complete line of lab products includes colour options, finished edging, marine surfaces for spill control, specialty shapes, drain board tops, drop-in and under-mount sinks, and chemical resistance accessories. All countertops are made to size with optional backsplashes, cut outs & drilling for sinks & fixtures, notches for columns and profiles, and drain board grooves.
