SteamScrubber Glassware Washers

Designed primarily to hold general labware such as beakers, utensils, test tubes, Petri dishes, and BOD bottles. Upper and lower open racks accommodate a variety of optional inserts.

SteamScrubber Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry a wide variety of wide-mouth and general purpose labware. Utilizing a brilliant 5” touch screen display featuring CleanWorks OS, users have full control of wash parameters and washer settings. Able to reach a maximum wash temperature of 93° C (199° F), stubborn contaminates are easily removed. Heated air is forced into the chamber, effectively drying glassware to completion.

SteamScrubber Glassware Washers come standard with stainless steel Upper and Lower Standard Racks that accommodate basket inserts for a wide variety of wide-mouth laboratory glassware and assorted labware. Specialized inserts for test tubes, culture tubes, small utensils, BOD bottles, and petri dishes make the SteamScrubber exceptionally versatile. It can accommodate Upper and Lower Spindle Racks (for forced air drying through spindles see FlaskScrubber washers).

FlaskScrubber Glassware Washers

FlaskScrubber Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry a wide variety of narrow-neck and general purpose labware. Utilizing a brilliant 5” touch screen display featuring CleanWorks OS, users have full control of wash parameters and washer settings. The included lower spindle rack consists of 36 spindles, and 18 glassware holders for narrow-neck glassware such as volumetric and Erlenmeyer flasks. Able to reach a maximum wash temperature of 93° C (199° F), water and detergent are pumped through the spindles to reach the innermost areas of your glassware. Specialized inserts for pipettes, graduated cylinders, small vials, culture tubes and small utensils makes the FlaskScrubber an extremely versatile glassware washer.

Forced air drying through the spindles and chamber ensures thorough drying inside and out. FlaskScrubber Glassware Washers can be configured to include robust single- or three-phase heating. Users can increase capacity by adding an optional Upper Spindle or Standard Rack. A Lower Standard Rack may be used instead of the Lower Spindle Rack to provide even more versatility.

FlaskScrubber Vantage Series Glassware Washers

Equipped with a lower spindle rack and specialized features for contamination-sensitive research.

FlaskScrubber Vantage Series Glassware Washers have specialized features for contamination-sensitive research. They are designed to wash and dry narrow-neck and general purpose glassware. Able to reach wash temperatures up to 93° C (199° F) which can remove lipids and sanitizes glassware. Forced air drying with a 99.97% efficient HEPA filter removes airborne particulates. Users can increase capacity by adding an optional Upper Spindle or Standard Rack. A Lower Standard Rack may be used instead of the Lower Spindle Rack to provide even more versatility.

Utilizing a brilliant 5” touch screen display featuring CleanWorks OS, users have full control of wash parameters and washer settings such as water temperature, detergent and rinse aid amounts, wash and rinse times, and number of rinses. Store up to 200 user-set and 12 factory-preset programs for reproducible protocols. Up to 8 pure water rinses can be programmed. In addition, CleanPoint conductivity monitoring will measure water quality and skip unneeded pure water rinses. Data is exportable via USB or Ethernet. The viewing window with bright LED light allows you to see each cycle in progress.
