PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

The Ontario Clean Water Agency | Ayr, On

The Ontario Clean Water Agency needed a fully equipped laboratory for a water treatment facility in Ayr, Ontario. The space required durable laboratory furniture, reliable ventilation equipment, and practical work surfaces that could support the daily testing and operational needs of a water treatment environment.

For facilities that help manage Ontario’s water and wastewater systems, the laboratory must be built for consistent use. Materials need to be easy to maintain, strong enough for active lab conditions, and suited to the workflows of technicians who rely on the space every day.

This Ayr project was another opportunity for Canadian Scientific to support OCWA with a purpose-built laboratory solution. As one of several laboratories completed for the agency, the project reflects our continued role in helping create functional, long-lasting lab environments for essential public infrastructure.

Canadian Scientific provided the design, supply, and installation of the laboratory furniture and equipment package for the Ayr water treatment plant lab.

The installation included Air Master fume hoods, epoxy powder coated steel casework, Fundermax phenolic countertops, and WaterSaver fixtures. Together, these products created a dependable laboratory setup designed for the needs of a water treatment facility.

Throughout the project, Canadian Scientific focused on delivering a clean, efficient, and professionally installed lab space that would serve OCWA’s operational needs in Ayr.

This laboratory is part of Canadian Scientific’s ongoing work with the Ontario Clean Water Agency. We are proud to continue supporting OCWA as it manages water and wastewater treatment facilities across the province.
